Mel Ebenstein has been involved in all facets of Internet marketing and website development, since 1994 and is also highly knowledgeable of traditional marketing, advertising and public relations as well as customer service and contact center operations. In 1998 Mel founded xselnet Inc., a NY area-based boutique marketing and Internet consultancy, highly skilled at increasing clients’ sales and profits through integrated marketing and Internet solutions. Industry experience is very broad, including home services contractors, CPA firms, health care practices (traditional and progressive), colleges, public relations firms, employment/staffing agencies, coaching services, senior care facilities, pharmacies and more. In 2011 xselnet acquired Rank Your Sites, a provider of SEO and web development and programming services. In late 2015 Mel and Amanda joined forces to form ServExceed.

Previously, Mel was the founder and President of a successful and highly respected, NYC recruitment and staffing firm, finding the right resources and solutions for client companies in virtually every industry. He also oversaw the firm’s sales, marketing and technology efforts.

Mel has also spearheaded the development and operation of numerous websites of his own and has a strong understanding and empathy for entrepreneurs, both online and off.

Mel has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the City University of New York and did graduate work at Rutgers University in NJ.


Amanda Reagan has been at the forefront of marketing analytics and tracking for over 15 years. The space of just-in-time search and response has changed a great deal over that time, but the core principals remain the same: Be where your prospect is searching at the point in time they are ready to buy, track the interaction, and report on the results.

This interest in the interaction between a customer and service provider began at ServiceMaster Enterprises where Amanda was responsible for crafting and executing many years of media buys for accounts large and small, corporately managed, and franchise controlled. She has been a breakout session leader on call analytics for ServiceMaster Clean as well as Steamatic International at their international annual meetings. She was sent to consult with franchisee locations in Boston, Maine, and San Diego.

In the years that followed at Engage Sourcing, Ms. Reagan served many independently owned home service providers as well as the Steamatic International franchise organization craft and execute marketing plans that included online and offline tactics.

She is Google Adwords Certified, and has assisted national firms such as Mr.Rooter fine tune their digital campaigns. Amanda attained a BBA from Belmont University (2000) and her MBA from Union University (2007)
